Robotics encourages students to work in teams with their EV3 builds, creating sophisticated builds with movable parts, incorporate synchronised programming using EV3 classroom, working on technical papers and music to produce a creative performance.

Mel Maria has a high standard in the field of Robotics and experience at Robocup competitions and on STEM engagement in the classroom through inquiry projects. Students are taught to think critically and creatively when they confront difficulties – if a robot hasn’t been assembled or programmed correctly, students have to work out where things have gone wrong and how they’re going to fix it. The interactivity of robotics can engage and enhance STEM knowledge – skills that could prove beneficial to future career prospects.
